Seriously, how can you tell? It looks more like a 1998 [P71]. It was probably a marked police car at one point based on the holes it has on the front pumper from having previously had a push bar. |

not entirely sure those are holes for mounts (there’s no mounts at the bottom and you can’t really mount a push bar with one set of holes at the top and none at the bottom, and I don’t see any remnant of airdam metal mounts either) it would still be a Police Interceptor [P71] if you believe this was a marked car since the Police Interceptor name was used since 1993 (I’m still massively confused why the conventional logic on this site for the longest was pre-1999 models were solely [P71] when brochures used the Police Interceptor name since 1993) |
