That question may be going to stay with us for a while, I'm afraid. All I can make are pretty contradictive suggestions like Limousine Werks or ACC or Ultra Limousine or NCE. That center window is pretty long for a 1988 conversion and not too many coachbuilders would have done that back then.  |

This conversion seems indeed super rare. Google produces nothing. Searched all of the above plus "American Texas International" who did the previous 7th gen. '84. Nothing. Probably only a handfull of these cars were made. |

Indeed! Or in other words: There was no need for it, unless someone asked for that. That's how strange limos appear sometimes, which is why I wouldn't be surprised if it was the only one, maybe built by a local coachbuilder from Florida (and yes, loads of weird stuff happened in Florida).
