 St John's Ambulance logo checks out as an old design.

edit: "Aylesbury Division Buckinghamshire" I believe (for Pinewood Studios, Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire). For some reason the sign is quite clear now!

Black Marias from those on imcdb had a separate box with illuminated 'Police' sign but possible I guess some police forces had flush panels instead?

edit:1955 to about 1966 for Morris grille.
Most I guess were old ambulances donated free to St. Johns, I cannot see why a Black Maria would be, but possibly Buckinghamshire did re-paint their ambulances in black?
