Wheaton, Maryland, is a suburb of Washington, DC. There is a large shopping mall there, but it is called Westfield, not Westridge. This picture reminds me a lot of a mall my family used to shop at when I was younger, but I'm not sure if it is that mall or if they just had the same architect. The tiniest fraction of J. C. Penney signage is visible at far right. |
