This car does not have US spec headlight. The way the light glows has darker area at the bottom of the headlight. |

That '68 Chevy is using a EU spec or "E-code" headlamp which have that distinct look when the lights are turned on. Most US made cars that were sold abroad did not use the USA "sealed beam" type headlights as they are quite inferior compared to a typical E-code H1 or H4 headlamp (for an older car like a '68 Chevy). What it comes down to is EU lighting laws are much more stringent and require better headlamps then do US DOT laws.
