Apparently an A40 Dorset, unless anyone can spot the missing side window.

If there is a missing third window which I can't see it will turn, as if by magic, into an A40 Devon.

Not very nice cars in either case, loose suspension, wobbly steering, noisy engine, but a bit less rust prone than a contemporary Morris.

Before anybody takes me up on the rattly engine, this was not the B-series, but its forerunner, not nearly as durable.

Yes - almost immediately after launch
johnfromstaffs wrote "Export or die." Mr. Attlee said that he needed forex to pay off the war debts, and decided to restrict steel supplies if firms failed to meet export quotas. .... The A40 Devon was about as suitable for the U.S. Market as a box of matches in a refinery, and the A90 was equally poorly received. American drivers wanted space and a V-8 engine, the A40 was small and had a weedy four cylinder effort
