The Volvo is a 1966 titled as a '67 1800S and not an 1800E. The 1800E is FI and was not made until 1970 this '66 1800S had twin S.U carburetors. All 1800S Volvo's had carburetors through 1969. The 1800E & 1800ES 1970-1973 had Bosch fuel injection The 1969 1800S Volvo still had Zenith-Stromberg carburetors on left-hand drive cars. |

Update the 1800S Volvo is definitely a 1967 based on the chassi number. It's now recorded as 1967 on the Volvo 1800 Global Register too. So the photo needs to be revised from a 1966 to a 1967 1800S Volvo. Link to "volvo1800pictures.com" -- Last edit: 2020-01-27 04:11:26 |
