Sometimes it's confusing what we should do with these replicas. If we list them as 1960 (for example) it will show itself listed under that era, and it doesn't belong there, since it was clearly built post 2000s... If we list them under Porsche again it's wrong because Porsche has nothing to do with these replicas, and origin Germany would be wrong as well, especially if this is a Mazda underneath. |

@kegare: that's the question with all replicas. I suggest to open a new category "Replica", maybe together with "Made for Movie", because, as you say, it's definitely and totally wrong to list replicas together with the original vehicles. This goes for all kind of vehicles. Not only many Porsche 356 Speedster here are fakes, also alleged AC Cobras, Lotus Seven, many Ferrari and a plenty of tanks and other military vehicles. -- Last edit: 2019-12-29 23:33:26 |
