 The ones in the first two captions do appear to be the same one, but the burnt-out one appears to be a different one, a 2001-2002.

 The one in the second thumb is also the same one. Black color, and it has the gloss-black grill that only the 1999's had, so it is the same one also ;)

ford_guy wrote Note the black door handles, which first came in 1999. Also, the trim on the bumpers has been painted over. The grill is most likely than not a replacement.

taxiguy wrote I did notice it had black doorhandles, and I knew that was introduced for 1999, along with other black trim details. I guess doorhandles are a better identifying tool than grills since grills can be replaced easily.
