Vintage Renaults had a similar bonnet, even though they were front-engined. But the car doesn't look like one of those Renaults. Tatra could be a possibility. |

I think it's more of a Tatra 30/52 Sport. It's got "KMAC" written below number 19. KMAC stands for Királyi Magyar Automobil Club (in english: Royal Hungarian Automobile Club) which decided to host hillclimb races after the WWI at Schwaben Hill between 1920-1930.
