the main picture above shows one of the seven stunt DB5s used in the chase to represent one car,for the closeup shots of daniel craig in this chase sequence the car in the picture was replaced by one with the actual driving position moved to the roof of a replica DB5, this vehicle would then have Daniel Craig in the cars driving seat simulating driving the vehicle, around the outside of the vehicle would be a platform built around the sides and front of the vehicle where remote cameras would be mounted looking into the windscreen of the car where Craig is pretending to drive the vehicle.....movie magic!!! -- Last edit: 2020-09-07 23:37:52 |

They build eight DB5's on BMW chassis and they used two real DB5's as used in Skyfall(DB5/2007R and DB5/1484/R ). |

As mentioned, Aston Martin built eight new DB5s for use as stunt cars in the movie.
