I'm amazed one of these has survived to 2019. |

In California, I see quite a few still going around. |

Yes, quite a few of them still being driven, mostly by the working class. |

I'm leaning towards the Dodge right now, and I'm surprised that many of them are around myself. |

California (or other southern state ) is probably more friendly to them than a northern one .. ![]() |

Is that wing badge written on two lines ? |

Yes, but even in San Francisco they're better able to preserve old cars and trucks. I remember some news report about a shooting rampage from the late-1980's or early-1990's in San Francisco, and the SFPD still had an armored truck from the 1960's! |

The British Army is still using FV432 variants originating in the 60s and various versions of the Alvis CVRT that are not much newer. |

I would lean towards the 1979-1982 Dodge/Plymouth. Looking at the Mitsubishi, the 1983-1984 Mighty Maxes did not have turn signals in the bumper, they were in the grille. They were moved to the bumper on 1985-1986 models, but the brochures for those are showing an enhanced bumper, with a black strip running the full width. The earlier Dodge/Plymouth models did not have that. |
