 @Z2/MisterZ did Australia only receive one trim ? I believe remember another Australian member mentioning only the F-350 came in Custom trim. I tried to locate an Australian brochure but not providing any results. Was the F-250 sold there?

There was a base model (not sure if it was called Custom), and an XLT as well from 1978 onwards only, and only on F-100 and F-250. F-350 was only one trim level.

Interestingly, there was no automatic transmission on F-250 or F-350 until 1979, which might explain why they're uncommon. F-100 had an automatic option since 1971.
