Could this be a fire truck? By BEML?

In addition to linked article, some info. from "Ciężarówki świata" 1999 and 2000 - they say that:
- BEML assembled Tatras in the years 1972-98
- Tatra Udyog Ltd was created in 1998 and only since this year the brand "Tatra-Ind" was used.

So, by the year of movie and again tractors.fandom, we stay with BEML-Tatra or just Tatra.

EDIT: Czech made 815 had such look in the years 1983-ca 1990 (before 815-2).

The badge above the headlight might be for Karosa:

Bhar from BEML (Bharat Earth Movers Limited)? BharTatra, or something like that?

Here is a reference to Bhartiya:

Link to "www.doat.gov.bt"
Quote CFT-1 is a 1997 Crash Fire Tender built on a KAROSA/ TATRA-815 6X6 chassis built by Bhartiya Vehicles & Engg.co Ltd. of India, New Delhi and carries 8200 liters of water, 800 liters of 6% AFFF foam concentrate. All CFTs can be operated numerically and manually as well.

Sadly the pics aren't available anymore.

Another reference from a PDF on the same site:

I think so, the .bt link just above was from Bhutan. Looks like they've been involved in some illegal stuff:

https://indiankanoon.org/doc/157992764/

Search for 'Tatra' in the article.

Some more about them:

Quote Bhartiya Group in India are in International Trading since 1927. During 1963 their association with M/s. Motokov, F.T.C., Czechoslovakia for sale of Karosa made Crash Fire Tenders commenced, culminating in commencement of its production in India under close Czechoslovakian supervision and warranties for the consumers.

Ok, then how this truck should be listed? Just Tatra? Bhartiya? Bhartiya-Tatra? Bhartiya should be treated as producer, or just dealer? On the other hand - in linked documents trucks are called Tatra...
