The coachwork was used on various models and horsepowers, and you need to see more to be able to make an accurate identification. The size of Cornwall is irrelevant.

1931-1935 The windscreen is slightly angled, and the waist-line moulding extends along the shortened scuttle and bonnet. Earlier squared of windscreen top rail so before 1935. The wheelbase, by the size and shape of the rear door is shorter than most 20/6 and 18s, so a 16 or heavy 12 which shared the same chassis I think.
