I can see why Garco thought it might be a ZIL, but I'm not sure this one is Russian. Maybe Dodge/Fargo? International Harvester? It is supposed to be Turkish, isn't it?

That's true reminds something like that, not only becasue of this Ankara inscription.

Yes, and as I've found the name depends on capacity. The 3t are Carpati SR 131 and the 4/5t - Bucegi SR 131. This model: /vehicle_129838-DAC-unknown.html actually has the same, modified cab. I'm still looking for its name.

Edit:
As it is in former Yugoslavia - it will be their locally built version - Torpedo SRT-L or SRT-N

Very close...! Yes, it's SR, but it's 113 Bucegi, not 131! 131/132 was Carpati! Bucegi was 113/114/115/116/7BA1... and, the truck name is SR; Bucegi/Carpati is model name!

In the picture, it's a SR 113 Bucegi, not a Torpedo SRT - the truck from the picture, have the badge "Bucegi" on the sides of the hood! Torpedo SRT don't have any badges on the sides of the hood. Also the SR hood have vent holes only on the sides, on two rows and the vent holes have the lower margin inside bended. The Torpedo SRT hood have vent holes on the sides, on two rows and upper to, also on two rows and vent holes have the upper margin outside bended, on the sides and front margin outside bended, for upper vent holes.

It can't be the same number (131) for Carpati, or Bucegi! 131 is for Carpati 4x2; 132 is for Carpati 4x4; 113 is for Bucegi 4x2; 114 is for Bucegi 4x4; 115 is for Bucegi prime movers 4x2 or 4x4; 116 is for Bucegi dump trucks 4x2 or 4x4...

The name for that models is Dac 6.135 R (4x2), or Dac 6.135 RA (4x4).

We could rename this one too fast. The cabines could be made in Yugoslavia from the Romanian parts, this that they looked a bit different in brochure doesn't say much.
