It appears that this is a Mexican-built Dina Delfin:![[Image: dinaautobus.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/26849/dinaautobus.jpg) But I can't find on which chassis was it based on. I'd think this was based on an RTS, but a similar one was pictured in 1974, before GMC RTS was even made  |
