For some reason all 1200 Estates (there was never a 948cc estate) used the wide plate light from the Vitesse, while saloons, convertibles and coupes had a narrower format; Triumph made about 20 Vitesse estates - an easy mix-and-match exercise - but this looks entirely what I'd expect for a Herald. Extra comment - grille seems to have unusually fine mesh for a 1200 - screen effect?? or a strange cover?? But all other photos look normal.
