Looking closely at the right of the numberplate it seems to be the 1600 badge (I don't say 1300 because it was launched at the Geneva "Salon" the same year of the film). So. I think this is a 1962 Giulia 1600 Sprint.

The bigger rear lights with separated reflectors and the two numberplate lights on the bumper identify it as a 101 (internal code). Looking closely at the right of the numberplate it seems to be the 1600 badge (I don't say 1300 because it was launched at the Geneva "Salon" the same year of the film). So. I think this is a 1962 Giulia 1600 Sprint.
