"1928 car believed to be a genuine SSK (with "elephant' blower) supplied new through Jack Barclay Ltd. Original UK registration UV 5430 (later DGJ 758). Owned at one time by racing driver J.E.P. Howey, then to Gerald Crozier 1947-1950. To U.S. IN 1951 to Glenn E. Sheppard, Piedmont, Ca. Later owned by a Mr Shone (associate of Bud Cohn). Damaged by fire at about this time and restored by Harrah's. After that the car world became more and more obsessively greedy and I couldn't be bothered to keep track." from here. Later photo there says chassis #36241. |

If the info is accurate enough, I think you should change the chassis code to [36241], as this is not my expertise. |
