Looks like Chevrolet K-1500 Extended Cab Silverado Z71 to me |

Nice ID rjluna2 you would be correct. I do not see a CHMSL or an EFI tail gate badge. 1992-1997? Mirrors are a tough one for me. I cannot tell if they are the black metal mirrors or the 1995+ plastic ones. |

Yeah, I have been monitoring the updates through comment pages |

It appears to have the 1995+ mirrors, but I don't see a CHMSL. Perhaps it has the 1992-1994 Suburban/Crew Cab mirrors? |

or broken CHMSL ? some pick-ups have a hard life... |

Was this foglight at the rear bumper added by the owner or mandatory for Belgium market? |

Thank you AleX_DJ for those thumbs! Confirmed this was ID'd properly. Adding Diesel to extra as this is equipped with that motor by the front bumper seen in the 2nd thumb. Edit: Well Truck_Guy ID'd it properly but the thumbs confirm it is a 1995-1996 model by the dash/interior (grab handle)/mirrors. Nice work! About the CHMSL I cannot answer that part of it.. -- Last edit: 2019-06-13 16:57:38 |

rather for the EU. @rjluna2: a quiz for you (but for the others, too) Today the TÜV criticized one thing of the lightning system of my Vauxhall Vectra MkII (very embarassing for the TÜV: noticed after 8 years at the 5th TÜV-inspection ) What was the problem? -- Last edit: 2019-07-09 22:42:42 |

not, it wasn't a sudden defect. |
◊ 2019-07-09 22:48 |
Could it be non-TÜV specified lens? |
◊ 2019-07-09 22:53 |
No. The Vectra is made in Germany. And it's a 2008/2009 MY, so from a time, where the specifications are EU-wide the same. |

Rear fog light could be illuminated without other lights being on. |
◊ 2019-07-09 23:06 |
No. As I wrote, it's fully EU-spec (and UK still is in the EU) And it neither has the unique Austrian early-70ies-gimmick, that when you use the headlight-flasher as only light, the plate-light shines, too. |

Not for much longer, ask Boris. |
◊ 2019-07-10 00:08 |
No, I don't. Why? It can't be more senseless. The only UK-politician, I ask for my concerns, is Nicola - but she is unable to give clear answers |

I got a remark for number plate lights not working. And what the tester didn't notice, is the DRL (activated with the switch OFF) is supposed to work that way. Turn the switch to ON, and the lights are OK... (Yes, also an Opel) |

I spot a CHMSL with cargo lamp |
◊ 2019-07-10 03:06 |
but your link is for the next gen why the 3rd thumbnail doesn't show any Chevy pick-up ? -- Last edit: 2019-07-10 03:09:14 |
◊ 2019-07-10 07:22 |
Ok but it's the same principle. May this one be more accurate? |
◊ 2019-07-10 10:04 |
Rear fog light is correct - because it was on the right. On the Continent with right traffic the rear fog lamp has to be placed on the left side. |

Ah... That's interesting, ingo |
