So it is Aronde P60 Etoile 6 ? Because currently in the database we have an "Aronde Etoile" and a "P60 Etoile 6", maybe those name are not complete then :??:

I agree with pilou, the exact terminology of this car is Aronde P60 Etoile Six.
The name " Aronde Etoile" can be correct for former models made before 1959, with the old body coming from the early 50's, but the name "P60 Etoile 6" is not complete, we must add Aronde and the 6 might be written as letters (six)

And for another model with a "9" it was "neuf" then?

Judicieuse question!...up to the element I have at the moment, this designation should be written with 9 as number writting. But this terminology appeared in the very earliest period of production the Aronde, and was disused quite very early, I think...1951 /52?...don't know exactly

1956 with the Aronde 1300 if I´m not mistaken, before that they were called Aronde 9, or Simca 9 Aronde

...if you say it?...but I'm not sure it has not been disused at the very beginning of it.

I don´t know for sure of course, the only proof I´ve found for the moment is a link to this brochure from 1955

...if it is a document from 1955, then it appears that the disignation 9 was used more longer than what i thought...

Simca 5, Simca 6, Simca 8 were Fiat deriveted cars. After Simca 8 the model was the Aronde alse named Simca 9, whith 1200 cc engine.
In 1955 the Simca 9 name was disused. In 1955 de engine change to the 1300cc, named 7 CV in France. From 1961 Simca also produced the same engine but whith 1100 cc, named 6 CV in France, used only in some Etoiles. The Etoile Six(6) is the Etoile whith the 6 CV engine, 1100 cc.
