I know that some, possibly all (?), 940 delivered to the police had Turbo engines. But, they didn't have the alloys that went with the Turbo's sold to customers from the Volvo dealers, but those tin wheels with plastic hubcaps possibly to lure the commoners that the cars had less power. |
