Looks like it has Flexfuel badge right next to the Ford badge at the rear door  I'll put my money that is Ford E-350 Super Duty here. |

2009 at the earliest. Rjluna2 you are absolutely correct. According to the 2013 (can't dig up a 2014 yet) brochure the only extended passenger versions were E-350. There were extended e-250s but they were only handicapped vans; which this is not. |

since they were about to be kicked out for the Transit, i don't think they spent money doing other versions for 2014 ( but its only my opinion, car manufacturers just love to confuse us.. ) |
