Are you sure this is a Daimler and not a Jaguar Sovereigh ? |

(I just replaced the pics, didn't set this name to the car, I have no clue about these cars). dsl, Sandie? |

Where’s the crinkly grille? Was it deleted for some arcane reason? |

My former main pic shows a Daimler badge... |

Thanks Mystery Man. The fire scene doesn't seem to be in the final release of the movie. But a zoom on the rear confirms Daimler badging for me as well: |

Does main have same wheels as the Daimler crash car?? If not, main could be Jag .... |

Good point, well here is what is seen of the wheels before the crash: |

Also, this car isn't blue. |

So main looks like Jag Sovereign, or maybe V12 wheels so 93+ XJ12 6.0 (which had small front spoiler without fogs). Daimler's wheel covers are more like X300 than XJ40, so it's a lash-up for crashing. |

Main is a Jaguar Sovereign by the pinstripe, wheels and fishtank lights. XJ12 had a different grille, different wheels and the round lights (though the fishtank ones could be specced as an option and were fitted in some markets like the US). |
