It is a Kaiser Henry J but it is not a model K513. A K513 is a 1951 four cylinder model. It does appear to be a 1953 (the '52 is very similar, only difference when viewing from the front is the hood ornament and it's hard to see in this photo) which means it's either a K533 (four cyl Corsair) or a K534 (six cylinder Corsair Deluxe).
