Difficult to be sure as the tree branch flutters, but it looks a smooth back without bustle. The doctor's car, so not a poverty thing.

Not the same. 14hp had the headlights faired into the front wings.

There was also a 13hp, and the faired in headlights were only after 1951, so it could be either, or both.

Headlamps in front wings was the new look for 1951. The car in the picture is therefore 1946-50 and probably a 14 h.p. as hardly any 12s were made and the pre-war 12.9 h.p. looked quite different.
