This is a hackjob. Note the pillars. They do not have any grab bars present. This cannot be newer than 2001. Will see if I can match up a year. Edit: Here it is: https://www.studiopicturevehicles.com/inventory/ford-ambulance They must have requested the paint scheme to get changed. Every other detail matches. The chrome bumper, black grille, and missing ford emblem. The cab and lights match up as well. The only difference is the paint scheme; which can be changed for any production.
