ahight ◊ 2014-11-04 18:14	Looks like Howlett Construction is still in business. Contact someone from there and see if they know anything about the movie and filming using one of their trucks. Howlett Construction Inc - Leland NC 28451 - (910)371-6679 A newer water tower in New Bern is located at 1770 Race Track Rd, New Bern, NC 28562 (use google maps to see street view).
