1999+ in Japan per Japanese wiki. At first only available with LHD, but later RHD was added as well. |

I'm not sure if the Japanese Beetle (Popilla japonica) doesn't have an entirely different code - they had the white front turn signals from the 9C, but red repeaters from the 1C plus orange indicators.
