Seems genuine for CDN - Link to "www.auto123.com" , http://autovilla.ca/listing/1997-toyota-corolla-sd/ , Link to "www.carfind.ca" . wiki doesn't mention SD as a North American trim but says this gen was built in both US and CDN. I think we had SD in UK too, but may have been slightly different - possibly the 5 door hatch and maybe a combination of S trim with Diesel engine, but am unsure of detail or if it was a different generation.
