Without the VIN we cannot automatically presume this was built in Russia. We saw that Russia was received both (just pulled a VIN/build sheet earlier) Japanese built and Russian built [CW] Outlanders. Removing built in Russia.

Avtcod is saying this belongs to a 2011 Lexus. I guess the plate moved. Without the VIN we cannot automatically presume this was built in Russia. We saw that Russia was received both (just pulled a VIN/build sheet earlier) Japanese built and Russian built [CW] Outlanders.
