@andrepa: It's very difficult, if not impossible, that from this distance tell if this is a [W 111] (220 SE, 250 SE or 280 SE) or a [W 112] 300 SE. I can't. If you can, please tell me. (I'm not sure, but I believe the only differences between the W 111 and the W 112 that might be noticeable this far away are the side strip present on the W 112 and/or if some part of the air suspension had failed and it thus would have sat very low.) I cannot even see if it's a Coupé or a Convertible. I think I believe it's a Convertible, but I'm far from certain. |

@zodiac The concerns about identifying a 300 SE from this far are appropriate, but can be explained. What you can see here is a puny screenshot of the 'mediathek' as due to 'Change day' of my TV provider i only can watch HD but no longer make snapshots, so i am almost sure it is a Coupé and comes with those side stripes. The snapshot here is full of artefacte, like looking as a convertible it wasn't. |
