Shouldn't has side grills?

The side grilles were on the 300 SL. This is a 190 SL with a hardtop. The big rear window indicates 1960+.

:) Is it OK to have 'with hardtop' in the extra info field?

At a time it was said that it was not useful to mention accessories in the name

I found that the hardtop version has been sold as 'Coupé' There were also minor differences in standard equipment between the Roadster and the Coupé.

Isn't the coupé the one with permanent roof?

I suppose so. But I don't know if the hardtop was just an accessory or a fixed roof. Or if there are any differences between a Roadster with hardtop and a Coupé.

I do not know for this one, but for the C107 vs R107+hardtop there are differences (the length of the car is not the same, for example, and the roof looks different)

The first cars sold in Coupé version, didn't have a soft top. The Coupé came with a detachable hardtop and, as DynaMike pointed out, had a more complete equipment that included the chrome trim above the wheel arches and on the sills, different seats, etc. ( but no soft top ). From August 1955, it seems the hardtop could be bought as an option and a car could have both tops, but I'm not sure if it was still called Coupé.
