"308 CDI"

Its built in Argentina for Cuba: Link to "mensual.prensa.com"

I'd be a bit sceptical about that list of countries, since Jamaica is a right hand drive/left hand traffic market and it would make sense to concentrate all RHD production in Germany.

And whats the problem? here exported LHD and RHD vehicles to NZ and Australia, and for the 2010 World Cup have exported many Sprinters to South Africa. See here: http://autoblog.com.ar/2010/03/sprinter-argentinas-en-sudafrica-2010/

They may not build where it makes most sense from a tooling perspective (cf: /vehicle_317427-Opel-Astra.html - British made LHD Astras).

It's much easier and more cost effective to transport to Jamaica from Argentina than Germany so it might work out from that perspective.
