No. Every Caddy had a wraparound in 1954. And from the side trim you can see it's a 1954. Series 62 4 door sedan probably, I agree.

Definitely a 1954 Cadillac "Series 62" sedan. Although the '54 and '55 models shared the same wheel covers (seen here), ALL '55 models had three vertical hash marks on either side of the rear license plate holder. In addition, as "Ray B." says, ALL '54 models have the wraparound windshield (that kind of windshield appeared in 1953, but only on the bespoke Eldorado). Compare these photo pages :
