It's a 1962 to 1964 D-Series, The '65s and up didn't have round taillights, They had vertical taillights, Also in '65, The tailgate on the Sweptline trucks like this one was made wider and no longer had the chain & hook latching mechanism, There was now a single handle that was used to open & close the tailgate, But the Utiline trucks continued to use the chain & hook mechanism for their tailgates, Also in mid '65 the front end of the D-Series was changed from an upside down, trapezoidal grille with quad headlights on either side with parking/turn signal lights underneath to a full-width grille with parking/turn signal lights inset at both ends and big bezeled single headlights on either side. |
