First thought was one of the Ergomatic cabs, but side windows look wrong. So Dennis (with or without Eagle)??

 Either Dennis or Shelvoke .

Fierce rivals in the dustcart market, unbeknown to each other they each asked Ogle Design to design a new cab and Ogle cut costs in half ( but not the fee) by giving them both the same one !
