Agree it's confusing. If somehow it's a UK Mini, boot badge position is correct for a Mk2 Austin/Morris Mini 1000, and it has external door hinges. But have never seen a moulding like that above the number plate and the rear lights are too big for a Mk2 or a Mk3 before July 1977 when reversing lights added. So there's nothing reliably UK to use for an ID, and I suggest a mucked-about Innocenti. |

In this case (The odd moulding apart) a 1969 Innocenti Mini Cooper Mk 2. Part of the movie is shot in Italy (look at the Italian Fiat 124 taxi) and all plates are fake (and quite ugly). -- Last edit: 2018-06-23 08:32:24 |
