Robin Day at Oxford. Plate is Reading issue, DP 679 or 6791 (1903 to 1928) or perhaps xDP 679 (August 1937 to whenever).

The car does not look big enough to be a Phantom, so 20/25 possibly. The picture in the link is a Hooper body, another possibility. The windscreen looks to be the same shape, and the rear window and wing detailing look similar. My only concern is whether both doors hang from the B-post, can't really see well enough, but coachbuilt bodies could be built to suit the buyer.

After rechecking footage, I think front door is front-hinged with handle at rear (main), so both handles sit beside the b-pillar (2nd thumb - there's definitely no front door handle at front of door. Can't provide any more illuminating captures.

The rear door hangs from the B-post but the car in my link has a suicide driver’s door, however that windscreen encourages me to continue with the Hooper theory. Aside from the shape of his specs, Robin Day didn’t seem much changed even several decades later.

Or,.....theory 2, T&M?
