Looks to me like a mid 50s Chevrolet School bus. It's that emblem on the front fender. If you look at a photo of a 1957 Chevy pick-up, you will see this same emblem high on the fender above the trim line. Earlier models (55) had a similar badge below the line. The actor's arm is hiding what might be the profile of the cowled headlight. From the windshield on back it seems to be just a standard school bus body that would be the same on a Ford or Dodge too.
