The registration is from Birmingham County Borough Council, and dates from 1927. The last Perry was built in 1916, the design being sold and morphed, postwar, into the Bean 11.9hp. It is therefore considered unlikely that this car is a Perry, the design of the wheels and the shape of the radiator suggest that an Alvis 12/50 is a more likely suggestion, several points match, but the inverted triangle marque badge doesn’t show up too well. |
