hmm other explanation maybe it stayed a prototype ? if it was mass product we should have seen it in other NK films already

I don't see why they would bother to develop one when they could get plenty from China

I guess the second symbol in the first word was wrong, it's something like 김 or 감 or 강. Still trying to figure it out.

I'm reading 만겸호, kegare

As for the 150, seems to be 150 horsepower to me

In the first pic (first comment) it has '150' on the grill.
Thanks for the help, but no results so far.

China is overpowering neighbour for Northkorea, but not a friend.
And definitely not the puppeteer.

I think I figured it out, it should be 만경호 (Mangyeongho).

It could be from 'Mangyongdae' https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mangyongdae-guyok
It's also used as a ship name in DPRK and it is also an athletics team name.

You mean this ship, I presume:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man_Gyong_Bong_92
If there may come thawing relation between the DPRK an Japan, that the ship would go on tour again, it may happen, that a KP Volvo would be shipped with it to Japan
