1938 Hansa 2000, I think the 2300 model witch was introduced the following year was marketed as Borgward.

 Looks like Hansa 2000 got different grille - larger, with vertical bars and color-keyed middle bar. For 1939 it got huge Borgward rhombus. That's 1940 Borgward 2300.
