In NZ this model was sold as the Roadstar. All used the small Nissan A12 motor 1171cc as far as I know. Date about 1978.

@dsl - would be Japan most definitely. I doubt South African build quality in the 1970s was to acceptable levels for the Australian market. I think the first cars that were imported to Australia from South Africa were the BMW E36 3-Series in the late 90s.
