It has a one-piece windshield like a CJ-5, but the recessed headlamps, the blackout marker lights (instead of blinkers) and the shackles on the bumper indicate without a doubt a 1952+ M38-A1.![]() (Detail of the main screenshot) According to m38a1.com, the hinged grille, and the 45° angle seam on the front fender (I'm not sure of the short bumper, due to the viewpoint) indicate a "1st generation" vehicle (1952 through October/November 1953). |
