lovely  though, whats the difference between a Ford Thunderbird like Thelma and Louise one and this one which is only Thunderbird?

Thunderbird was made by Ford indeed, but under its own make

But then Thelma nd Louise one should be only Thunderbird as well?

Thunderbird was never a separate make - it was always a Ford.

It seems it was, according to my litterature..

According to my litterature it was a separate car make indeed, but it's name is "Ford Thunderbird", like there was also the 'separate' make "Chevrolet Corvair" and "Chevrolette Corvette" that were, strictly speaking, not 'just' Chevrolets...

Well, I do not see the interest of listing a separate make "Ford Thunderbird" since it would be displayed identically anyway. It is already not very useful to consider Thunderbird as a separate make, as everybody will search those under Ford Thunderbird, especially if 99% of those suppose to be just "Thunderbird" are listed as Ford, like currently.

That's right. Let's keep it Ford, model Thunderbird. :)
