1950 Daimler CVA6/Northern Counties H30/26R coachwork. AEC six cylinder engine. Liverpool Corporation Transport, into service May 1950 no matter what the registration says. LCT took out large blocks of numbers and then released them over years as the buses were built. Many of the municipal operators did this, try putting a date on a JOJ registered Birmingham Standard and see where this goes to! The JOJ series (all of 999 of them buses) ran from Nov 1949 to July 1953. -- Last edit: 2017-11-17 18:58:45 |
