dsl ◊ 2017-11-11 19:15	xxx CXY is undateable series issued to government departments. We have a few Mail Morris LDs with BXY and CXY series plates. Very rough guess when these plates issued would be 1961-ish as AXY and DXY were dateable (respectively ended July 61 and started March 62, both "allocated in blocks").
