YOC 247J was a genuine Birmingham plate, issued April-July 1971 under Home Delivery Export Scheme, but is much later than this car. Maybe ex-army and military spec, from a LHD posting such as BAOR?? If 1966 date as entered is correct, S2a, but has unusual vertical front sidelights. |
